What is SOCAR?

The engineering company Socar GP was founded in 1997 (and has been present on the Polish market ever since). We offer a wide range of services involving construction of rail infrastructure and auxiliary facilities. We perform a full range of tasks such as viability study, obtaining necessary permissions (including documentation required by the Rail Transport Office), designing and project realization.
